How do I return a product?
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. To cancel you must give Bath Rugby written notice by one of the following methods:
By Post - The Bath Rugby Shop, 1 Argyle Street, Bath, BA2 4BA
By E-mail - shop@bathrugby.com
By Fax - 01225 315581
Your notice must include details of the goods ordered and their delivery.
Please note that you will be responsible for returning goods to Bath Rugby at your own cost except if goods have been sent to you in error or if they are deemed faulty in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of sale.
Please review our Terms and Conditions for full details of our Returns policy.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on garments which have been tailored, i.e. personalised printed shirts or customer damaged merchandise unless the goods are faulty.
