*Gift Card Terms & Conditions* 

The Bath Rugby Gift Card is available for purchase online at www.bathrugbyshop.com and in the Bath Rugby Shop. 

The Bath Rugby Gift Card can be used to purchase Merchandise only at the Bath Rugby store and online at www.bathrugbyshop.com.  

Gift Cards are not redeemable in the Ticket Office and cannot be used to purchase tickets. 

Old Bath Rugby gift vouchers in paper format will not be accepted as a method of payment in store and will not be exchanged for a Gift Card. 

The pin number on the card will be required when using them in store and online. The Bath Rugby Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. 

The minimum amount to activate a Bath Rugby Gift Card is £5.00. You can check the balance of your card in store. When you use the Bath Rugby Gift Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. Change will not be given. The balance may be applied to future purchases. When returning goods that were purchased with a Gift Card, you will be credited with a Gift Card to the value of the one used in the original transaction. The cashier will refund the balance back onto the original Gift Card. If the card used in the original purchase is unavailable, the cashier will refund the balance back onto a new card. 

The Bath Rugby Gift Card is valid for a period of two years from the purchase date. If the Bath Rugby Gift Card is over two years old, the card will not be accepted as a method of payment and the balance on the card will be forfeited.  

Bath Rugby reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and or discontinue the voucher at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights. The Bath Rugby Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or vouchers. The Bath Rugby Gift Card is non-refundable and non-transferable. Bath Rugby will not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Bath Rugby will cancel the value of the Gift Card if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser’s bank or Card Company for the initial purchase of the card. All refunds or exchanges of goods purchased with the Bath Rugby Gift Card will be made in accordance with Bath Rugby refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights Bath Rugby reserves the right to add to or amend these terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so for security, regulatory or other legal reasons. Reasonable notice will be given where possible. Bath Rugby reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card in payment or part payment of any item where it reasonably suspects that the card or any amount on it may have been stolen, tampered with, duplicated, or obtained in another illegal way. Each individual retailer reserves the right not to accept any cards or paper vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.

Returning an item in store:

A receipt, gift receipt or online invoice must be shown and the goods returned must be unworn, in the original packaging with the tags still attached.  A full refund may be provided when the original payment card is produced, or if bought online, the refund will be given via the back office to the original payment method. Should the card not be available the money will go onto a gift card. Exchanges can be processed as normal with the original receipt, gift receipt or invoice shown.
