Bath Rugby offer all our customers the chance to return their items to the store within 14 days for a full refund, or 28 days for an exchange, if they are not happy with the products they receive.
Returns within the United Kingdom: All returns are free of charge, and can be received via email upon request at shop@bathrugby.com. Please send your parcel, with a copy of your receipts/invoice enclosed and a covering letter explaining the cause for return, to the address below.
Please note that any personalised or special order item cannot be returned unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.
Overseas returns: If it is regarding a faulty item then please contact the store via email at shop@bathrugby.com and we will arrange the details of your return with you.
