Christmas Extended Returns Policy

Any items brought online and instore from Monday 7 November 2022 until Saturday 24th December 2022 can be returned for a refund or exchange up to close of business Saturday 21 January 2023.

Returning an item in store:

A receipt, gift receipt or online invoice must be shown and the goods returned must be unworn, in the original packaging with the tags still attached.  A full refund may be provided when the original payment card is produced, or if bought online, the refund will be given via the back office to the original payment method. Should the card not be available the money will go onto a gift card. Exchanges can be processed as normal with the original receipt, gift receipt or invoice shown.
