Bath Rugby offer all customers the chance to return their items to the store within 14 days for a full refund, or 28 days for an exchange, if they are not happy with the products they received prior to the dates listed below. 

Returning an item in store:

A receipt, gift receipt or online invoice must be shown and the item in the original, unworn condition. A full refund may be provided when the original payment card is produced, or if brought online, the refund will be given via the back office to the original payment method. Should the card not be available the money owed will go onto a gift card. Exchanges can be processed as normal with the receipt or invoice shown.

To return an item via post:

Returns within the United Kingdom: All returns are free of charge, and can be received by clicking on the 'free returns form' link at the bottom of this section. Please ensure that the form is filled out with all the relevant information and what option you require. 

Please note that any personalised or special order item cannot be returned unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.

Overseas returns: Unfortunately any overseas postage costs are not covered by us, however should an exchange be required we will cover the postage cost back to you.
