  • How To Measure

    For the CHEST: Measure around the circumference of the fullest part of your chest, always keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

    For the WAIST: To measure your waist find the part in the middle between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips. Wrap a tape measure around your waist, midway between these points always keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty. Furthermore if a player changes his number at any time we cannot offer a refund or an exchange on this shirt (this does not affect your statutory rights). Please note any orders consisting of an item that requires printing may require up to an additional two days to dispatch from our warehouse. 

Personalisation of Replica Kit

We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. An operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt. 

Printing

Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous Replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item.  We  cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number or leave the club.

Please note that the price charged for shirt printing applies to up to 12 letters and 2 Numbers, however this is dependant on the size of shirt requested as not all sizes will accommodate 12 letters. If this is the case an operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note baby and infant kits hold up to 6 letter and 2 numbers. 

Washing Instructions

In order to preserve your personalisation, we advise that personalised shirts are washed inside out and without fabric conditioner at 30 degrees. Do not wash within the first 24 hours. 

The 2020/21 Official Home Shirt sees the return of the traditional hoops, as requested by supporters, to mark our long-term partnership with Macron.

The blue, black and white hoops are complimented with gold accents along the sleeves and bottom of the shirt. This fabric is hard-wearing and stretchy making it perfect for cheering on the team or for a game of rugby.

Returns within the United Kingdom: All returns are free of charge, and can be received via email upon request at shop@bathrugby.com. Please send your parcel, with a copy of your receipts/invoice enclosed and a covering letter explaining the cause for return, to the address below.

Please note that any personalised or special order item cannot be returned unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.

Overseas returns: If it is regarding a faulty item then please contact the store via email at shop@bathrugby.com and we will arrange the details of your return with you.
